Onsite Manager

Friday, Saturday and Sunday rentals include a “day-of” Onsite Manager to make sure your rehearsal and special day goes off without a hitch
(see below for complete details).

We have Experienced Wedding Professionals onsite that can give you information to all-inclusive deals as well as we provide an extensive vendors list!

Rehearsal

We want your wedding to be perfect in every way. We never want your wedding or rehearsal time to feel rushed. Here are some guidelines that other brides and grooms have followed:

One hour of rehearsal time is included on the actual wedding site as long as the rehearsal ceremony does not conflict with another scheduled event.

4 hours of dress/prep time in B&B for Bride and green room for Groom.

6 hours of event time (starting when ceremony begins, or if no ceremony when guests are scheduled to arrive) also includes bridal portraits in this 6 hours…and any other times by appointment.

Midnight is usually latest time for reception but other arrangements may be optionally scheduled,
