Outdoor Ceremony Site- beneath the sprawling canopies of the 360 year old oak trees on the banks of the West Sister Creek.

Up to 400 white resin folding chairs for ceremony (set up and break down included) or brown folding chairs for ceremony and reception, wrought iron arbor for outdoor ceremonies, and nurlap aisle runner 50ft.

Indoor ceremony site- Podium for clergy
Reception tables set up at the same time as ceremony to avoid the change over fee.

Reception Facility
Linens- either white polyester with burlap table runners
400 white resin folding chairs with cushions or110 brown folding chairs, up to twenty 72” round tables (seats 10 per table), three 6ft tables for bar/buffet, one 4ft sweetheart tables, one 3ft sweetheart table, twenty-five white 8 ft banquet tables, eight 6 ft white banquet tables. stage lighting, white lighting surrounding dancehall, LED candles, Wooden risers,
and Mason jars.

Bed & Breakfast- Use of B&B for 4 hours before ceremony, storage of decorations,
and free parking.

Venue Coordinator
Friday, Saturday and Sunday rentals include a “day-of” wedding Coordinator to make sure your rehearsal and special day goes off without a hitch (see below for complete details).

Weekday wedding’s can add this service for $500

Rehearsal- One hour included.
Will be arranged around other events, put on schedule one month of the event date times.

4 hours of dress/prep time in B&B for Bride and green room for Groom.

6 hours of event time (starting when ceremony begins, or if no ceremony when guests are scheduled to arrive) also includes bridal portraits in this 6 hours…other times may be arranged for an additional charge.

Latest an event may go is 12 midnight unless additional hours are purchased ($250/hr).
